I led a comprehensive audit of analytics data spanning over 1.5 million sessions to pinpoint the highest-impact areas for improvement. The results were transformative: homepage bounce rate dropped from 66% to 35%, checkout conversions climbed from 1.89% to 2.35%, and the platform saw record revenue alongside sustained improvements in session quality and engagement.
